Our goal is to provide the necessary knowledge, skills, and training incarcerated students will need in order to successfully integrate back into their communities. Furthermore, we aim to help reduce the recidivism rate as our incarcerated population make their way back into the free world.

These programs are offered to men offenders in the Texas 部门 of 刑事司法 和美国.S. Bureau of Prisons, Beaumont Federal Correctional Complex facilities.  

认证

Lamar State 大学 Port 艺术hur is accredited by the Southern Association of 大学s and Schools Commission on 大学s (SACSCOC) to award degrees at the associate level. Degree-granting institutions also may offer credentials such as certificates and diplomas 在认可的学位水平. The 大学 is approved by the Texas Education Agency for training veterans under 所有分类. 入学

学生s applying for undergraduate admission must meet the following admission criteria: 

步骤1: Submit 入学 Application  

You must complete and submit the 入学 Application to the assigned 正规靠谱赌博软件 Correctional 教育专家. 

步骤2: Submit Official Transcript  

You must submit official transcripts from all previously attended institutions to 正规靠谱赌博软件 before an admissions decision can be made. Failure to provide all transcripts will delay your admissions process. Transcripts must be received in a sealed envelope from the issuing institution. 

Step 3: 入学 Decision 

Notification of your admission decision will be mailed. Once admitted, students will meet with an 正规靠谱赌博软件 矫正教育 Specialist to complete the enrollment process. 

期待什么

正规靠谱赌博软件’s 矫正教育 Program is designed with an automatic continuous registration 计划. Once a student has been admitted, they will be assigned to a cohort. 

A sequence of courses has been established for each cohort, and students are automatically 每学期入学. By registering, students agree to be enrolled in the current cohort and take two courses per semester until degree completion.
