Course Information

This is a self-paced, 40-hour online class that will teach you the basics of hazmat trip planning, D.O.T. regulation, how to read hazmat placards and their classifications, and prepare you to take the State hazmat endorsement test.

There is no funding assistance availble for endorsement courses.

PROGRAM DETAILS:

• Students will need a desktop or laptop computer with video capabilities. Smart phones are not sufficient for certain sections of the course.
• Students must have a valid Texas CDL License.
• To qualify for ELDT certification, students must complete 100% of the course with a grade of 80% or higher in order to pass.
